This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, company), the operational data your team enters (attendance, visits, tasks, expenses), and device location while a user is on duty and has granted permission.

Why we collect it

To run the service you signed up for: tracking, proof of work, reports and billing. We do not use your operational data for advertising.

Location data

Location is captured only while a field user is punched in and has granted permission. It is used to show live status, verify visits and build the day’s route, and is visible only to that user’s own organisation.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, SMS, payments) under strict agreements. We never sell personal data.

Security

Data is isolated per organisation, protected with role-based access, encrypted in transit, and backed by an audit trail of sensitive actions.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or export it, by contacting us. Account owners control their team’s data.
