Please read this before you subscribe. We keep it simple and fair.
Start free, then decide
Every team can start on the Free plan and try the product with real data, at no cost. We strongly recommend you do this first.
No refunds once a paid plan starts
Once a paid subscription begins, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Because you can evaluate fully on the Free plan, paid plans are sold on a no-refund basis.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the admin portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. You are not charged again after cancelling.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrade whenever you’re ready and the change applies immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
Exceptions
If you were charged in error or hit a genuine billing fault on our side, contact us within 7 days and we’ll put it right.
