These terms govern your use of FieldExecutives. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
Using the platform
You may use FieldExecutives only for lawful field-operations purposes and in line with these terms. You are responsible for your account, your users and the data your team enters.
Accounts and access
You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment or breach of these terms.
Your data
Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it only to run the service for you. We do not sell your data.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, resell access, or use it to track people unlawfully. Location tracking must be limited to on-duty staff who have been informed.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance will be notified where possible.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post the new version here with a fresh date. Continued use means you accept the change.
